2 tambaqui units
2 lemon units
1 bowl of wheat flour or cornstarch
frying oil
salt
How to make dry fried tambaqui:
The first step in frying tambaqui is to clean the fish and remove the scales. Then make 2 or 3 cross cuts, on one side and the other, and season with salt and lemon juice. Leave it for 20-30 minutes to get the flavor.
After the previous step, dry the fish and fold in the flour. Place a frying pan with abundant oil over medium heat and fry the fish there when the oil is very hot, turning when one side is already browned and crispy.
When all the fish is fried, remove to a plate with absorbent paper. Leave it for a few seconds to drain excess oil.
As soon as you get the dry fried tambaqui, serve it afterwards with farofa, steamed vegetables and tartar sauce. Enjoy your food!
